Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026

This page covers the Flowshot Help Center (help.flowshot.app) specifically — the support site where you browse the FAQ and submit tickets. It supplements, and doesn't replace, Flowshot's main Privacy Policy, which remains the source of truth for how the Flowshot product itself handles your data. If anything here appears to conflict with the main policy, the main policy governs.

What this site collects

  • Account information — if you register a Help Center account, your name, email address, and a salted password hash (we never see or store your password in plain text).
  • Ticket content — the subject, message, and any replies in a support ticket, tied to your account.
  • Technical data — your IP address, used briefly to rate-limit sign-in and ticket-submission attempts and prevent abuse. It isn't logged for analytics.
  • Cookies — a single, strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. With your consent, we also load a cookie-free analytics tool (see below and our Cookie Policy) — no advertising or tracking cookies are ever set on this site.

A Help Center account is separate from your main Flowshot account, even if you use the same email for both — this site doesn't read or write your workspace data, tasks, or billing details. This site never shows advertising or sets advertising cookies; the Google AdSense ads described in Flowshot's main Privacy Policy appear only on the main product for Starter-plan users who opt in, never here.

Subprocessors used here

The Help Center is hosted on the same infrastructure family as the main product and uses Supabase for data storage, under Supabase's own data-processing terms. It does not use a payment processor or AI inference provider — support tickets are handled directly by our team. If you consent to analytics, page views are counted by Umami, a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool we run ourselves — no data is shared with a third-party analytics company.

How we use it

Ticket content and account information are used to respond to your requests, track ticket status, and improve the FAQ based on what people ask. We don't sell your data or use ticket content to train external AI models.

Your rights & deleting your data

You can update your name from Account Settings, reset your password from the sign-in page, and request a copy or deletion of your Help Center data — including closing your account — by opening a ticket. The same rights described in Flowshot's main Privacy Policy (access, correction, export, deletion, and objection to processing, including under GDPR/CCPA where applicable) apply here too. Note this is separate from the automatic deletion of unverified accounts described in the main Privacy Policy, which applies to Flowshot workspace signups, not Help Center accounts.
