What is Flowshot?

Flowshot is an AI workspace that turns scattered work into a single, flowing task list.

Instead of checking Slack, email, docs, tickets, your calendar, and code review requests separately, Flowshot automatically captures tasks from each of those and drops them into one prioritized queue called Flow. An AI assistant, Flo, triages what comes in — ranking it, labeling it, and routing it to the right person — so you're working from one list instead of five inboxes.

The workspace has four main views:

• Flow — your single prioritized task list
• Calendar — every task with a due date, laid out by day, with overdue and this-week items called out
• Categories — your own custom labels for organizing tasks
• Trash — deleted tasks, recoverable until you empty it

It works the same on mobile, with a bottom tab bar for quick navigation between views.
