I deleted a task by mistake — can I get it back?

Yes. Deleted tasks go to Trash, not straight to permanent deletion. From Trash you can:

• Restore an individual task back to Flow
• Permanently delete a single task
• Empty the entire Trash at once

Nothing in Trash is recoverable once you permanently delete it or empty the Trash — double-check before using either of those.
