What are AI credits and what uses them?

Every message you send to Flo, and every time you ask it to extract tasks from free text, uses AI credits — the exact cost scales with what Flo has to do:

• A base reply costs 1 credit, plus roughly another credit for every extra ~600 characters Flo generates for a longer reply.
• Extracting tasks from a block of text costs 1 credit for the first task, plus 0.5 credit per additional task pulled out of the same batch.
• A single action is capped at 5 credits maximum, however long or complex it is.

Everything else in Flowshot is unlimited and doesn't touch your credit balance:

• Creating, editing, or completing tasks manually
• The Calendar and Categories views
• Automatic task capture from your connected integrations (Slack, email, etc.)

Your weekly allotment depends on your plan — 30/week on Starter, 500/week on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise (admins and the account owner also always have unlimited credits). See What plans does Flowshot offer? for the full breakdown.
