What is Flo and what can it do?

Flo is Flowshot's built-in AI assistant. You can chat with it directly, or hand it unstructured text (a long email thread, meeting notes, a Slack conversation) and ask it to turn that into tasks.

Flo also does the automatic triage on everything Flowshot captures from your connected tools — ranking incoming items by priority and labeling them so your Flow list stays organized without manual sorting.

Flo only reads what it needs to do the job (task titles, statuses, the text you give it) — it isn't used to train any external model.
